Common Uses: Lavender Population is known for its many therapeutic properties and has been used for calming, relaxing, and as a stress reliever. It has been used to treat sleep disorder (inability to sleep) acting as a natural alternative to regular sleep medicine.
Suggested Uses: To relieve stress take a lavender bath, add 6-8 drops of Lavender essential oil to running water, first add the oil to a capful of milk or Epsom salts and then put in the bath as this helps to disperse the oils through out the water.
